Hi there! My name is Dino , and I'm a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people transform their lives through fitness. With years of experience in the industry since 2018, I specialise e in creating personalised workout plans that are not only effective but also enjoyable. I believe that fitness should be a lifestyle, not a chore, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My mission is to support, motivate & guide my clients into their fun and enjoyable fitness journey. While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge.

I create my training regimes based on the needs & goals of my clients, constantly adapting my classes, training style & programs to ensure I am always supporting my clients towards their personal goals, which can often change throughout someone’s fitness journey.

Cardio Fitness

 

Cardio is great for all-round general fitness, helping to build stamina, maintain a healthy heart & weight loss.

I have created a unique program developed specifically to help burn calories, boost metabolism & build endurance whilst improving your overall health.

By using a combination of strategic exercises, a healthy diet and a positive attitude, I am able to help my clients get into tip top shape, feeling fitter & healthier than they thought they ever could.

 


Muscle & Strength Gaining

 

Muscle & strength training, also known as weight & resistance training is designed to improve strength and muscles building. This is done by exercising specific muscles or muscle groups using a variety of methods, including free weights, weight machines, resistance machines or even your own body weight.

I work with my clients to ensure we aim towards their goals, whether it’s to be stronger, have bigger muscles or to tone up in general. Muscle training requires mental strength to push past barriers no matter how hard it gets, I help my clients to find the right balance for their body and mind in order to push and dig deep to find their inner strength & to push themselves to their limit.

 


WEIGHT LOSS

A weight loss journey is never easy but with dedication and consistency, anything can be achieved, after just a short amount of time it’s easy to see the progress paying off, ensuring you that all the sweat (and for some maybe even tears) are totally worth every single second.

I have many clients who have come to me in order to help them on their weight loss journey, it’s always a joy to see my clients push themselves more week by week, enjoying themselves more each time & feeling more confident in their own skin as they progress.

I can’t say it will be simple, but I can guarantee it will be worth it. With me as your personal trainer I will help motivate you, encourage you & support you throughout your journey, ensuring that by the time you hit your target weight, you couldn’t imagine not having fitness in your life anymore.


BODY FAT REDUCTION

My clients often want help to reduce their body fat, anything from major weight loss to wanting to lose a few pounds and slim down a little.

It’s always noticed on their weight loss journey that not only do the pounds fall off, but they also feel so much healthier in their body, their confidence rises leaving their mood and mental health boosted.

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY

Sports massages are the perfect way to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve blood circulation and can help to relax the body.

It can also be used to help correct problems & imbalances in soft tissue, often caused by strenuous and repetitive physical activities.

During a sports massage your body goes under a kind of trauma which can often leave your body feeling achy & sore. This is very normal, it is due to your body metabolizing the waste products such as lactic acid which get removed from the soft tissue during your sports massage.

The benefits of a sports massage before and after exercise can help enhance performance, prevent injuries & aid in the recovery of muscles after a good workout.
